At Reemayn Abaya, every garment is an exclusive piece, meticulously custom-made and tailored specifically for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our creation process, our policy is designed to uphold the quality and personalized craftsmanship of your order.

What is your general exchange/return policy?

As all Reemayn Abayas are custom-made, we only offer returns or exchanges if the item sent to you is incorrect (wrong product/color) or found to be defective/damaged upon arrival. We do not offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind or sizing errors made by the customer.

What should I do if I received a defective or incorrect product?In the unlikely situation that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please get in touch with the Reemayn Abaya team immediately.

  • Time Limit: You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order delivery.
  • Condition: The purchased goods must be **unused, unworn, and undamaged** by the customer.
  • Shipping: In this scenario (defective/incorrect item), Reemayn Abaya will bear the shipping charges for the exchange/return process.

I don’t like the item I purchased. Can I exchange it?

No. We strive to provide high-quality, beautiful products and hope you love your purchase. However, please note that we **do not accept returns or exchanges** if you simply change your mind, have a subjective issue with the design, or decide you do not like the item after receiving it.

What happens if the size I bought isn’t correct?

Please note that all items are tailored specifically for each customer based on the measurements provided or size selected at checkout. As such, **we do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related issues**.
