How long does it take to receive an order?
The time it takes to receive your Reemayn Abaya depends on the item’s availability:
- In-Stock Items: These are processed and shipped promptly, usually the next business day.
- Pre-Orders & Custom-Made Items: As these are meticulously crafted, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery.
Do you offer customizations?

Exchange and Return Policy
What is your exchange/return policy?
At Reemayn Abaya, every piece is custom-made and crafted especially for you. Due to the bespoke nature of our garments, we strictly do not offer returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrect sizing chosen by the customer.
What if there is a fault in my abaya?
Your satisfaction is our priority! If your abaya arrives with any **fault or damage** on our part, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. We will be happy to review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
